Allison Toombs is an entrepreneur who has built her career at the intersection of marketing, operations, and small business ownership. She founded the Toombs Agency in 2020, advising e-commerce brands, consumer tech companies, and home services businesses on growth, brand, and retention strategy, leading a team of five. Prior to that she owned a B2C window washing franchise, giving her firsthand experience running a field service business.
