Background

Anthony Patino is a Partner at High Tech Flooring & Design, a residential flooring company that has served homeowners across Austin, Houston and San Antonio for more than 30 years. For the past nine years he has been steadily stepping into ownership of the business while leading day-to-day operations. The company has built its reputation on quality materials, expert craftsmanship and dependable service.

Why American Operator

Anthony's path to ownership mirrors the American Operator model — an operator earning his way into ownership of an established, family-built business. He knows firsthand how to honor a founder's legacy while taking responsibility for leading it forward. He joined the bench to help new operators handle that same transition with confidence.
