Bobby Glennon has spent over three decades building and leading businesses in the flooring and building materials industry, from a 14-year run as a regional general manager at Mohawk Industries to CEO roles at MasterTile and FloorForce, where he oversaw national distribution networks and digital transformation initiatives. He is currently the Director of North America for Kaindl Flooring, one of the world's largest laminate flooring producers.

What makes Bobby exceptional is the breadth of his operating experience: he has run start-ups, turned around struggling businesses, integrated acquisitions, and scaled teams across the full stack of building materials distribution. He brings C-suite pattern recognition to every deal he touches.
