BACKGROUND
Brack Hudson is an industrial operator and executive with more than 20 years of experience acquiring, operating, and scaling manufacturing and industrial services businesses. He began his career in public service, working as an Economist at The White House and later as a Financial Policy Advisor to the Senate Banking Committee. He now owns and operates Interstate Steel Center, a specialized steel coil leveling toll processor in Los Angeles, and founded Sleight Industrial Capital, an acquisition firm focused on middle market industrial manufacturing value creation. His career spans acquisitions, turnarounds, and exits across steel, aerospace manufacturing, logistics, and industrial real estate, with deep expertise in post-acquisition integration, EBITDA expansion, and capital structuring.
