Background

Brent Radtke is a Marine Corps veteran and Harvard Business School MBA who built his career at the intersection of automotive, manufacturing, and operations. Brent spent three and a half years at The COATS Company, the leading manufacturer of tire and wheel service equipment, rising to Director of Strategy and Product. In 2024, he founded Patriot Express Tire & Oil in Plano, Texas, a NAPA Auto Care center rooted in transparency, veteran values, and community trust. His background spans technical operations, digital product, supply chain, aerospace systems, and manufacturing, making him one of the rare operators who brings both boardroom strategy and shop-floor credibility to the table.
