Background
Doug Pendergast is an operator and investor with decades of experience leading and scaling restaurant and consumer businesses. He is currently Co-Founder of Greene’s Farmhouse Foods, where he is building a portfolio of local restaurant concepts with a focus on operational discipline and multi-unit growth.
Doug previously served as CEO of The Krystal Company and Quiznos, where he led turnarounds, improved margins, and scaled operations across large franchise systems. Earlier, he held leadership roles across multi-brand platforms and served as a board member of Fogo de Chão. He began his career in consumer products and strategy, including experience at Procter & Gamble and McKinsey & Company and graduated from Harvard's MBA program in 1996.
