Background

Eric is the owner and CEO of Choice Electric, a Denver-area electrical contractor he took over in early 2022. He brings more than 20 years of experience managing people and projects across construction and real estate development, work that carried him to job sites around the country before he settled back home in Colorado. Running Choice Electric gives Eric a hands-on command of the electrical trade itself, from field operations and licensing to crew safety, on top of his broader construction background. Since stepping into ownership, he rebuilt the company's hiring and culture practices from the ground up, adopting a rigorous talent methodology to close the gaps on his team. That people-first approach to running a trades business has become his signature.
