Eric Cunningham spent over a decade in enterprise technology, holding roles across sales operations and go-to-market at companies including Indeed & National Instruments, before making a deliberate pivot into small business ownership. He acquired Good Clean Plumbing in Austin, TX, an owner-run residential plumbing shop, and is growing it through systematizing operations, investing in technology, and building a culture where tradespeople are developed, not just deployed. What sets Eric apart is a combination of corporate rigor applied inside a blue-collar business he actually owns and operates.

As someone with a background in coaching and team development, Eric is drawn to the advisor role as an extension of what he already does: equipping people to run businesses well, not just teaching them the theory of it.
