Background

Erik Rosenberry is an operations executive, certified leadership coach, and retired Marine Corps Major with over 25 years of experience leading manufacturing organizations. He has held VP of Operations and General Manager roles at PE-backed aerospace and defense manufacturers. His career spans Quantic ECI, Kaman Aerospace Corporation, The Siemon Company, and United Technologies, where he led complex manufacturing environments including precision electronics, composite manufacturing, metal fabrication, machining and assembly operations, and surface treatment lines. Erik recently launched an executive coaching and advisory practice focused on helping small to mid-sized founder-led businesses prepare for sale.
