Background

As CEO of Strobes N' More, Jack owns and operates New England's premier distributor, installer, and servicer of emergency vehicle equipment, a 30-year-old Rhode Island-based business that outfits police cruisers, fire trucks, and ambulances with the lighting and safety systems that public safety agencies depend on. Since acquiring the business in late 2023 through Yellowhammer Strategic Partners, he and his co-CEO have grown the core business and completed a tuck-in acquisition, scaling revenue meaningfully in under two and a half years. Prior to ownership, Jack spent five years as a middle market M&A banker doing sell-side capital raising work for industrial businesses, giving him a command of the transaction side that few first-time owners can match.
