Background

Jeremy Concannon grew up in the packaging and distribution business, working every role from the warehouse floor to sales before going out on his own. In 2012, he and his brother Matt co-founded Innovative Packaging Company (IPC) in Vancouver, Washington, a full-service custom packaging distributor serving food and beverage, industrial, and cannabis customers across the Pacific Northwest. Jeremy grew IPC from a garage startup into a recognized regional platform through a relentless focus on customer service and complex, custom packaging programs.

Why American Operator

Jeremy has lived both sides of the ownership transition, growing a business from scratch and then navigating a PE partnership. He joined the American Operator Advisor Network because he wants to help the next generation of operators avoid the hard lessons he had to learn himself, and he has both the time and the appetite to be hands-on. His depth in distribution operations, packaging supply chains, and growing small businesses through acquisitions makes him a particularly strong reviewer for distribution and value-added manufacturing deals where operational complexity is the real variable.
