John Tracy brings more than 30 years of execution-focused leadership across the U.S. Marine Corps, global law, financial services, and complex operating environments. He began his career as a Marine Corps officer before transitioning into law, practicing at Paul Hastings in New York advising on transactions, financings, and restructurings, then moving into senior operating roles at Chrysler Financial, TD Auto Finance, and Flagstar Bank, where he held full P&L accountability as North American Head of Operational Effectiveness. Since 2018, he has served as CEO of Bluewater Technologies Group, a full-service AV integration and experiential agency, repositioning it from a production-focused model to a higher-value intellectual agency, and building the professional leadership team and ownership structure that underpins its current growth trajectory.
