N’Gai Merrill is a seasoned executive whose career spans McKinsey & Company, general management of a their European business, and hands-on operating roles at the lower middle market level. As COO of Triangle Package Machinery, a family-owned manufacturer of capital equipment for the food industry, he held full P&L and strategic responsibility, growing revenue by over 40% through operational improvements, new product development, and disciplined performance management. He has since run Sankofa Business Advisors, advising small and medium enterprises on operations and leadership, and has served as an operating partner for a family office, supporting three acquisitions in specialty construction.
