Paul Adams brings more than 30 years of operating and executive experience in the home services and trades industry, with deep expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control, and building products. He founded Columbia Home Services, a residential and light commercial home services platform focused on repair, maintenance, replacement, and installation across secondary growth markets in the U.S., and serves as its Executive Chairman after leading the company as CEO. His Fortune 1000 background spans M&A, strategic planning, operations, turnaround initiatives, and capital raising, with international leadership experience across the U.S., U.K., Europe, and South Africa.

Paul was one of American Operator's earliest advisors, joining the network at its inception and helping shape what the program looks like today. He was drawn to the mission of keeping great American businesses locally owned and operated because it aligns with how he has built his own career investing in the trades, mentoring operators, and ensuring ownership transitions strengthen rather than diminish the businesses and communities they serve. Paul sits on the board of managers for Crawl Pros, an American Operator syndicate deal, supporting owner, Josh Feinerman. Paul leverages his direct experience in attic and crawl space services to advise on the market opportunity and operational approach. Throughout diligence, Paul identified areas where Crawl Pros can drive early value creation, including operational efficiencies and targeted growth initiatives.
