Under his leadership the company grew substantially and transformed its margins through stronger fundamentals, structure and team development. He led Elite through a successful sale in 2026.

Rod believes many business owners never get the tools they need, from reading a P&L to standardizing operations. He also believes giving teams those tools is the most important thing a leader can do.
