Background

Ron Livingston is President of Walton Paving, a national paving and maintenance company serving major retail and commercial brands across the United States. Walton recruited him to launch the paving division from scratch for its existing national clients, and he has built it into a standalone business alongside Walton Signage. Before Walton, Ron was VP of Sales and Marketing at American Asphalt Company, Inc.

Why American Operator

Ron joined the American Operator bench to help retiring owners find successors who will carry their companies forward. Having built a paving business from zero, he gives operators in the space a practical guide to sales, estimating and national account growth.
