Background

Victor Ramos is a licensed professional engineer with 21 years of experience owning a metals manufacturing business. At 29, after the owner passed away, he acquired a company that designed, fabricated and installed miscellaneous metals for the construction industry, and he grew it over the next two decades. Today he is a Project Executive in heavy civil infrastructure.

Why American Operator

Victor stepped into ownership young and unexpectedly, which is the same leap American Operator's operators take. He has also been through a full M&A process as a seller and knows how much depends on the right "fit". He joined the bench to help the next generation of owners avoid the lessons he learned the hard way and pass along his experience as an engineer and owner.
