how it works
Advisors join a community of expert business owners to lend perspective during diligence, mentor operators post-acquisition, and serve on boards to ensure each transition honors the legacy of the business and strengthens its future.
Upon joining, advisors are organized by industry such as home services, manufacturing, healthcare, professional services, and distribution. This structure brings practical knowledge to every transaction.
Each advisor reviews 5–10 small-business opportunities per year, providing insights that help match great operators with great companies.
When an acquisition aligns with your expertise, you may be invited to join the Board of Managers to mentor an operator and guide strategic decisions.
Board members commit to quarterly meetings and ongoing operator support. Advisors are compensated with common equity ownership and are given the opportunity to invest in the business they advise.
