For John Panaccione, leadership, decision-making, and grit weren’t learned in a boardroom — they were forged on the battlefield.
Growing up in Rhode Island in a family steeped in military service, John became an Army officer, leading airborne tank units during Desert Storm. The lessons he learned there — lead by example, set the standard, and trust your team — became the foundation for every chapter of his life. After leaving the military, John transitioned to business: building and selling a company, launching a nonprofit accelerator for veteran entrepreneurs, and now running Folla Capital, helping others buy, grow, and invest in small businesses across America.
